1) About these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Toy-District.com website and any purchases you make. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2) Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be 18+ to place orders.

• Keep your account details secure and up to date; you are responsible for all activity under your login.

3) Products, Pricing & Availability

• We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate; minor variations may occur (e.g., packaging or color tones).

• Prices are shown in GBP and [include/exclude] VAT — confirm at checkout.

• We may change prices or correct obvious errors. If a pricing or availability error affects your order, we’ll contact you; we may cancel and refund before dispatch.

4) Ordering & Contract Formation

• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send the shipping confirmation (or when we deliver, if earlier).

• We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, stock error). Any payments taken will be refunded if we cancel before dispatch.

5) Payment

• We accept payment methods shown at checkout (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard).

• For card payments, funds are captured at checkout. Third-party payment providers apply their own terms and privacy notices.

6) Cancellations & Order Changes

• You can request a cancellation or change within 10 minutes of placing your order by emailing info@toy-district.com.

• After 10 minutes, orders usually enter processing/dispatch and cannot be cancelled. You can still return after delivery (see §8).

7) Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time: 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekdays typically process within 1 working day; Friday evening/weekend orders may take a little longer.

• Delivery time: once dispatched, average 4–6 working days (single standard tracked service).

• If no specific timeframe is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order (UK law).

• You’ll receive a tracking link when your parcel is collected. Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address carefully. Changes are only possible within the 10-minute window. Parcels returned as undeliverable may be reshipped once the correct address and postage are confirmed.

8) Returns & Refunds

• Change-of-mind returns: within 30 days of receipt, unused and in resaleable condition with all accessories, manuals and original packaging.

• Return postage: for change-of-mind, you pay your own return costs.

• Faulty/incorrect items: email info@toy-district.com within 7 days with photos/video; once confirmed, we’ll repair, replace or refund and cover the return.

• Some items can’t be returned unless faulty (e.g., opened sealed board games, worn costumes, personalised items, gift cards).

• Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection; we may deduct for missing parts, damage or handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect goods.

9) Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your address or chosen collection point. Title passes when we receive full payment.

10) Safety & Age Grades

• Many products are intended for specific age groups (e.g., 3+). Always follow the manufacturer’s age grading and safety instructions.

• RC/drones/vehicles: operate responsibly and in safe areas; check local rules and any required supervision for minors.

11) Promotions, Vouchers & Gift Cards

• Promotions and codes apply to eligible items and dates only; they cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for the period stated at purchase.

12) User Content (Reviews, Photos)

By posting reviews or images you grant Toy-District a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing and on the site. Do not post unlawful, infringing or offensive content; we may remove such content.

13) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, site design, text and images are owned by or licensed to Toy-District and protected by law. You may not copy or use them without permission.

14) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under law.
Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) business losses (e.g., loss of profit or data); (c) delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
For paid orders, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) concerned.

15) Events Outside Our Control

We aren’t responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier issues, extreme weather). We’ll take reasonable steps to minimise impact and resume service as soon as possible.

16) Personal Data

We handle personal data in line with UK law. See our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Regulation for details on how we process, secure and share your information.

17) Complaints & Customer Service

If you have an issue with your order, contact info@toy-district.com with your order number and details. We aim to respond promptly and resolve issues in good faith.

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order will apply to that purchase. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
