1) Quick summary

  • Cancellations: allowed within 10 minutes of placing your order.

  • Returns (change of mind): within 30 days of receipt.

  • Faulty/incorrect items: we repair, replace, or refund.

  • Return costs: you pay your own return postage for change-of-mind returns. For faulty/incorrect items, we cover the return.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

2) Cancellations & order changes (10-minute window)

Orders are processed quickly. You may request a cancellation/change within 10 minutes of ordering via info@toy-district.com

  • If we confirm within that window, we’ll cancel or amend your order.

  • After 10 minutes, the order is likely being processed/dispatched and cannot be cancelled

3) Change-of-mind returns (30 days)

You can return most items within 30 days of receipt if they are:

  • Unused, in resaleable condition, with all parts/accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging; and

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

Opened items that are not in resaleable condition may be refused or receive a reduced refund.

4) How to start a return

  1. Email info@toy-district.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Returns without an RMA may be delayed.

5) Items that can’t be returned (unless faulty)

  • Opened board/card games with broken factory seal/shrink.

  • Costumes that are worn or show use (make-up, odour) or missing accessories.

  • Personalised/bespoke items.

  • Gift cards or downloadable content.

  • Partially used consumables (e.g., opened battery packs) unless defective.

If unsure, contact us before opening or trying the product.

6) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Email info@toy-district.com within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and photos/video.

  • We’ll assess and offer a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • If the fault/our error is confirmed, we cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

7) Return shipping costs

  • Change-of-mind: you pay your own return postage.

  • Faulty/incorrect: we pay the reasonable return costs / provide a label.

8) Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return (in any case within 14 days).

  • We may reduce the refund for missing parts, damage, or excess handling beyond what’s needed to inspect the goods.

  • Shipping upgrades (e.g., next-day) are not refundable on change-of-mind returns.

9) Exchanges

For a different size/model, start a return as above and place a new order, or request an exchange—we’ll confirm stock and timelines.

10) Packing your return

  • Use original packaging where possible and pack securely.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, tags, and any promotional free gifts.

  • Write the RMA clearly on the outside.

11) Category notes (helpful guidance)

  • Costumes: try on over clothing only; must be unworn with all accessories/tags.

  • RC / Drones / Vehicles: test on a soft, indoor surface first. Returns must be like new (no scuffs), complete packaging included. For technical issues, a short video speeds resolution.

  • Board/Tabletop games: only unopened (seal intact) unless faulty.

12) Gifts

Refunds go to the original purchaser. On request, we can issue store credit to the recipient.

13) Late or missing refunds

If a refund seems late after our confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank/card provider;

  2. Contact info@toy-district.com with your order and order number.
