After you place your order, we need 1–2 working days to process it.

On weekdays this typically takes one working day. If you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take a little longer (dispatch the next business day).
Delivery

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery takes on average 4–6 working days.

We use a single standard tracked service. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your parcel is collected.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate parcels.
Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can only attempt changes within our short post-purchase window; after processing starts, the address can’t be changed. Parcels returned as undeliverable/incorrect can be reshipped (postage may apply).
Delays, loss, or damage

If tracking shows no movement for 7 calendar days or your parcel arrives damaged, email info@toy-district.com with your order number and photos. We’ll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.

Where no specific delivery timeframe is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order in line with UK consumer law.
